Spots ASAP collects name, email, phone, company, and the project description when someone writes through the contact form or the new-client form.

How the data is used

That information is used to answer the request, prepare a quote, and follow the production. It is not sold and it is not used for a third-party list. The form includes Google reCAPTCHA to filter automated submissions.

How long it is kept

It is kept for as long as the project and invoicing require. If you ask for it to be deleted and there is no duty to keep it, it is deleted.
